By installing or playing Between ("the game"), published by Vaultek.co ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
Coins, diamonds, cars and cosmetics are virtual items licensed to you for use inside the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred or sold. Purchases of diamonds are final and non-refundable except where the law or the store's own refund policy says otherwise; refunds are handled by Apple or Google. We may change prices, earn rates and the catalogue at any time. If the game is discontinued, unused virtual items are not refunded.
Some rewards are offered in exchange for watching a video ad. Ad availability depends on third parties and is not guaranteed.
You agree not to cheat, tamper with scores or saves, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the game, or use an offensive or impersonating driver name. We may rename drivers, remove leaderboard entries, reset progress gained unfairly, or suspend access for breaking these rules.
Some 3D models are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence; the authors are credited inside the game. Car names in the game are fictional and the game is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Do not play while driving.
We may update these terms; continuing to play after a change means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting the game.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
