Between ("the game") is published by Vaultek.co ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: you play without an account, we never ask for your name, email, contacts or location, and the only advertising in the game is video you choose to watch for a reward.

The driver name you choose is shown publicly on the leaderboard next to your score. Do not use your real name if you do not want it shown.
Ads appear only when you tap an offer such as "watch a short ad". On iOS the game asks permission before any tracking; if you decline, ads still work but are not personalised. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device settings. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland a consent form from Google appears before any ad is requested. The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Progress is stored on your device and mirrored to our backend. We keep cloud saves and leaderboard entries while the game is in service. To have your cloud save and leaderboard entries deleted, email us from the address below with the driver name shown in the game; we delete them within 30 days. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors listed above, who may process it outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States, under their own safeguards.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game.
